A CO2 tracker for people, businesses, and events. Not live yet.

We are building a straightforward tool to estimate carbon footprints for individuals, small businesses, and one-off events. It does not exist yet. This page is here so you can be notified when it does.

In short

Prakrti's CO2 tracker is a planned free tool for estimating carbon footprints across three use cases: personal footprint (travel, energy, consumption), business footprint (a simplified entry point ahead of a full GHG inventory), and event footprint (conferences, weddings, corporate offsites). It is currently in development and not yet available; visitors can leave an email address to be notified at launch.

What it will do

Personal footprint: a short questionnaire covering household energy, travel, and consumption habits, producing an estimated annual footprint in tonnes of CO2 equivalent, with a plain-language breakdown of where it comes from.

Business footprint: a simplified entry point for small businesses to get a rough emissions estimate from basic inputs — electricity bills, fuel use, headcount, floor area — useful as a first look before commissioning a full GHG inventory of the kind we build for clients elsewhere on this site.

Event footprint: an estimate for a single event — a conference, an offsite, a large gathering — based on attendee travel, venue energy use, catering, and materials, useful for organisers who want a figure to report or offset against.

What it will not do

It will not replace the facility-level GHG inventories we build for CBAM, BRSR, or SBTi purposes — those require verified activity data and a level of rigour a quick self-service tool cannot provide. The tracker is a starting estimate, not an audit-grade figure.

Why it is not live yet

We would rather launch a tracker that gives a reasonably accurate estimate than rush out a rough calculator with emission factors we have not checked. It is in development now. There is no live version on this site today.

Common questions

Is the Prakrti CO2 tracker available now?

No. The tracker is currently in development and not yet live. Visitors can leave an email address on this page to be notified when it launches.

Will the CO2 tracker be free to use?

The personal and event footprint tools are planned as free, self-service estimators. Business footprint results are intended as a rough starting estimate that can lead into a full paid GHG inventory engagement for companies that need audit-grade data.

What will the CO2 tracker measure?

Three planned modes: personal footprint (household energy, travel, consumption), business footprint (a simplified estimate from basic operational inputs), and event footprint (a single event's attendee travel, venue, and catering emissions).

Can the CO2 tracker be used for CBAM or BRSR reporting?

No. It is designed as a quick, self-service estimate, not a verified, audit-grade inventory. Regulatory filings such as CBAM declarations or BRSR disclosures require the facility-level GHG accounting work described elsewhere on this site.

How do I get notified when the tracker launches?

Leave your email address on this page. We will send a notification when the tracker goes live.
